2 & less (or no star rating) is usually in the budget - homestay range.
3 star is usually classed as moderate (and will often have the buffet breakfast)
Camplung Mas is around 2- 2.5
Bali Garden 3-3.5
Bounty & Barong 3
Star ratings are a loose guide to generally indicate what facilities/services are offered or provided for a property.
And yes agree..a big ask with such a wide range for area & price.
