A family member booked into the Jayakarta just last week, using email. They replied guaranteeing a clean, quiet room. Upon arrival greeted by snotty staff, who only offered a loud location, quite crappy in every way.
The Breakfast couldn't be seen for flies in attendance.
The room was dirty.
The bathroom this morning guaranteed a swift exit by this dissatisfied tourist. It was flooded, water source THE LIGHT FITTING in the soggy, bulging ceiling. Nice combination that one, electricity & water.
The Front Office said, "yeh-yeh-yeh we feeeks later. We very busy, you know".
Moved to the All Seasons and was totally delighted with the smiling efficiency, great staff, great room, no flies, no water from the light fitting, everything in good order.
This one for those who accuse me of seeing Bali through rose-tinted glasses.
