We booked two adjoining rooms in July.Both rooms were dirty and run down.Our biggest problem was that we had medical equipment and medications to look after.We found the staff very rude and they werent present around the pool.We cancelled our reservation and went home to The Bali Dynasty.What a difference, we wre greated with smiles and clean rooms.This is a fantastic resort with plenty happening around the pool and great staff. I will be going back and wont think of staying anywhere else.
