1.the cleanliness
2.the breakfast variety, standard and total absence of flies.
3. the efficient and pleasant attitude of all staff.
I wonder why you feel the need to mention the All Seasons here, is there an ulterior motive perhaps?
Nothing rosey here as far as I can see.
