Local Balinese food

So far, there have been loads of reveiws on eateries that serve Aussie and other international cuisine but I beleive the thrill of travelling is to sample the local delights. Could anyone give me any feedback on the eateries in Sanur, and Tuban that serve real Balinese food, those that cater to the locals and are clean and hygienic? Don't want any Bali belly to spoil the holiday.
