We had the pleasure of going to a local village near Tabanan and had the Bubi Guling but I forgot to mention the locals must show you how they kill the pig, clean it with hot water and coals, gut it and then cook it over an open fire - have great pictures of it - but my wife no so keen on any of it except the eating part...Ladies who have squeamish stomach , be warned..Bob
