fabulous & authentic Balinese food, but isn't really for the locals. Ex-exec chef from the Hyatt and Intercontinental (he's Balinese) opened this restaurant about six months ago and it is really yummy. We ate there twice a couple of weeks ago and we didn't experience any Bali belly at all, but thoroughly enjoyed our food (which is why we went back a 2nd time). Details are: Sate Bali - Jl. Lasmana/Oberoi No. 22A - Seminyak - Ph: 736734 - email: satebali@yahoo.com. Here's a snapshot of prices: Chicken Salad Rp21,500 / Seafood Salad Rp34,500 / Whole Snapper Rp55,500 / Baked Chicken Rp57,500 / Small Bintang Rp12,000 / Water Rp3,000 + 15% tax at the end. If you want to try Balinese food, this place is great!
