You are very entitled to what is a very valid opinion F.o.F. but the fact is that the people of Australia will always support our citizens overseas in whatever goes right or wrong.
It's what great countries do.
The kid is probably learning a huge lesson right now....as are the parents that may or may not have known that their boy was a bit of a ratbag.
No reason to abandon him though.
When we take away his right to be helped as one of our own.....we are mere steps away from losing your right to express your opinion as you just have.
Just a few thoughts.
