The girl I got couldn't speak a single word of english. My bahasa is admittedly limited, but I can usually do ok, but not good enough to describe exactly how I wanted it cut. I have dark hair, they couldn't firstly use bleach to lighten it enough to put other colours. So I asked them( in sign language ) what colours they could do. Brown was apparently it. Now, the bits of my hair that aren't grey are actually brown. I struggled to see how this could be much of a change... It was a real shame, as I had wanted to go there as a treat.
