I have dark brown hair and I got my streaks done last year and they did a better job than in Perth.Total cost for colour, streaks, conditioning treatment and blow dry. $22. My sis in law got her streaks done this trip and it looked fab. Each to their own, but $22 is a lot cheaper than $140 in Aus.
