I have very dark hair,and wanted radically lighter and brighter colours and you cannot lighten many shades without using bleach.You then apply the desired colour over that, but you can't add a lighter shade over orignally very dark hair. I cannot see what they could have offered for Indonesian hair. They didn't use bleach, and the range of colours available were simply shades of brown. That was all they had available.
