I have been going there for years with hubby and teenage boys (who are worse than girls), have never really had a problem, The girl who is on the front counter (who has been there for years) can be difficult sometimes, and we have some across some staff who seem to have had difficulty understanding, but there is about 3 or 4 staff who have been there a long time,are very good and understand, Sometimes you get the impression they can't be bothered with westerners, The trick is give them a go with something small,tip your hairdresser (not too much) tip the lady on the counter (a little) and they'll remember you when you go back and you're "sweet", you won't have a problem and go early morning!!
