Someone please help! I am at my wits end and ready to cancel booking as much as we are looking forward to staying here. We have booked 3 rooms at Tegal Sari for Oct. I have sent over bank transfers to pay for accommodation. There seems to be a total lack of communication!!!! I have sent about a dozen emails explaining which rooms payments were for even rang Bali 6 times to clarify but even more difficult over the phone! They are still asking me to send over receipts which I have done several times with very clear simple language, trying not to complicate things further. I have not read of any problems when booking this hotel, anyone have any suggestions?
I am afraid that when we actually get to TS and they will not have the rooms we have booked and paid for us. HELP!!!
