If you enquire and they have what you want, then this would be easy but because we need to swap grades of rooms for the last 2 nights due to unavailability of the Super Deluxe then this is worse than extracting teeth with the communication gap. After a string of emails back and forth from Pratiwi and not really getting the info I wanted or answers to some of my questions, I too, was considering phoning them tomorrow. They seem to have a lot of "standard paragraphs in their replies. The whole experience has been very frustrating to say the least and it takes days with the emails going back and forth (1 per day). Tonight after receiving another email from Muming, I have decided to just book and PAY IN FULL (6 mths in advance mind you) for what they have offered us, and hope for the best. I have asked to be put on a waiting list to secure the upgrade if it comes available, but who know's, maybe we'll get forgotten now. Ah well, I guess it'll be great wherever they put us. We can only hope "someone" cancels out mid October!!!! (ha)
