with Tegal Sari so don't despair yet. Make contact as per Tinggading's advice. I have exchanged email with TS this week about changes to our July booking and they were fine about this. Please also review YOUR email. I don't mean to be presumptious but MAYBE (just maybe) your communication to them is unclear. Regards, Luke.
