He deals with all the bookings. If you can't get an answer by e-mail from him(we normally get a reply with 2 days)I'd call him at the below number and get all your questions hopefully answered.
I'm sorry you'r experiencing difficulties and I have to admit your the 1st person I've ever heard that's had any problems dealing with this hotel. It's one of the most professional hotel's we've ever had the pleasure to deal with in 20 years of travelling to Bali. Good luck. Cheers Tinggading
