I am hoping someone can either help with this question or at least point me in the right direction or where I can get the answer to this question.
We have just booked our 'Virgin' special holidays for February 2010 (yay). We leave for Bali on the 9th February and return on the 24th February 2010. Our 3 children's passports expire on the 11th August 2010. So they fly out within 6 months and 3 days of their passort needing to be renewed. My question is; in relation to the 6 month rule on passports expiration and travel into Indonesia, is it from the day when you leave Australia/arrive in Bali OR is it from when you leave Bali/return to Australia? Hope that this makes sense.
