I am looking for advice on getting a problem solved with jetstar. Booked flight with Jetstar for Sept, got a good price. Paid using direct deposit(never again). Paid on 06 March, took a week or so andr 3 phone calls plus faxing of my bank statement, but Jetstar acknowledged they have received the payment. I am currently waiting for confirmation of my booking. Each time I call Jetstar I get told either they will call me back with confirmation within x days or I am told to call them. It is now April, I still do not have confirmation of my flight and I am tired of waiting 20 min on the phone only to be told to call back in a day or so. Just don't know what to do next. Any assistance would be appreciated.
