booked and paid by DD as well. The bkg was going to cancel the Tues night if it hadnt gone thru. I had paid and was a stresshead on the monday night. I rang J*. the girl had no f'n clue/idea nothing! I kept telling her and telling her and she was like oh its ok if we dont get your money in time your bkg is cancelled and we return your money... NOOOOOOOO anyway I kept asking for the supervisor over and over and wouldnt get off the phone till I did. He was great and said it would be fine blah blah and said he was shooting an email thru to their finance guys to check my payment off against my bkg.. logged on at 8am Tue morning and was all confirmed....
Stay on the phone and speak to a supervisor then demand to speak to the finance people! Did you pay the day you made the booking or a few days later..this may have caused your bkg to cancel..... what a pain in the you know what though!
