They had cancelled my booking so my booking reference number is invalid. (I had to phone a couple of times before someone told me that was what the problems was). All I want from their customer team is a truthful answer. If it is going to take another few weeks for their "helpdesk" to reinstate my booking then fine. Just tell me that. Although now I would need it in writing as they have not yet met one commitments they made to me. I would even be happy if they just refunded my money in timely manner. They don't even have a complaints area I can contact.
