if you did this via the website you should have a booking reference number. If so just go into your booking and print your ticket.
If not welcome to the "WHERE'S JETSTAR" comic book. Most of the staff manning the phones are incompetent children who don't give a f and don't know any thing about the travel or airline industry anyway.
I eventually took my valid complaint to Consumer Affairs and got more than compensated but I won't use them for international flights again.
