had the same problem as this back in march, great price, made reservation, even booked extra leg room seat. PAID VIA DIRECT DEPOSIT. Heres were it unravels. Their finance department cant or wont process payments to keep up with their bookings department. Was told booking was cancelled etc etc, no one very helpfull. "You dont have a booking anymore". However full copies or booking itinerary, bank payment receipts etc sent to Consumer Affairs resulted in them taking a very keen interest. It can take a while but they will book it for you. Guess what, two days after I got an email from consumer affairs my booking was confirmed. Must admit we didnt wait long, filed complaint within one week of booking as wanted to enure seats were going to be available. Good Luck.
