Bali Garden Hotel

Has anyone been to the Bali Garden recently? Was wondering what things are like - is it clean, what the breakfast are like, is it quiet, do they have happy hours. Have stayed at the Bali Hai (now closed) and the Dynasty previously and wondered how they compared. Dynasty has priced itself out of our budget, but I'm wondering if the Bali Garden will live up to expectations.
