I was there from the 11th till the 25th this month and the security was visible everywhere. The stopped every vehicle coming in and checked the boot and underneath it. The security out the back stopped hawkers coming in and told off idiots(tourists) riding scooters down the boardwalk. The security even scared the stray dogs off... But most of the time they're just patrolling the grounds and smiling at guests.
