for three nights (9th, 10th & 11th September this year) and the hotel was fine,lovely gardens and pools, room good size and okay, problem was we were two couples and when I booked expressly asked for two double (not twin) deluxe rooms next to one another on the same floor as the lobby, this was booked and paid for in full more than six months in advance. When we arrived we were given 438 & 439 on the top floor and both rooms had twin beds made up separately but pushed together to make it look line one bed. I went down to reception (at 11pm at night) to ask if we could be moved and was told, not very politely, by the girl there "Only rooms available, hotel full" and when I said they were booked and paid for in full and how long ago I was told to come back in the morning and see the manager!!! As we were only there for 3 nights we didn't bother to ask again. Apart from that the hotel was fine, brekky good and the pools great although a bit warm. Karen
