Our son and his partner arrived at Jayakarta last night with Deluxe rooms booked and paid for only to be told they would have to spend the night in the residence and this morning were moved into a room in the 200 block, not sure if this is Deluxe or not. What on earth is going on with the Jayakarta, we always stay there and recommended it to our son. Sounds like something really dodgey is going on. We are travelling over next Monday and have booked and paid for a Deluxe room ourselves with late check out and now we are a bit worried about the whole situation. We made arrangements thu TA this time so will get her to check it all out for us I think, this is such a shame that this is repeatedly happening at the Jayakarta cos we really love it there.
