The problem is that for such a long time resorts/hotels have been doing deals with each and every company who walks through the door giving them a set blockage over rooms. But now Bali has returned as a destination that gives good value for your holiday $$$,close to all resorts/hotels would overbook but come back to 80% ocupancy for the last 2 years but now but things have changed and all blockages were sold it has meant that most hotels were overbooked.
Now i am not going to condone this but now its time Bali got world practice computer systems to control there room availability and the blockages they commit to travel agents around the world, never never over book your rooms it causes people to to have a very stressfull holiday if they go to check into the resort/hotel spend 4 hours to find they are now being moved to a villa in rice paddys 30 mins taxi (if you can find one) ride to any shop or place to feed yourself.
Most people who got displaced are still here......when they get back to AUS this site wll be full of storys of holidays that went wrong......Bali get your act together......
