is not the case (our contract certainly does not include a pool in it). Maybe there's did but ours doesn't. We are aware that the developer leases the pool area with use for the complex residents.
We have just been informed that the pool area is undergoing renovations, it was in need for some reno'e due to cracked tiles and grate. Pool should be available next year.
We personally are building a lap pool also for private use at our villa. If it can be possible to be done, so we'll have our own little area to cool off and enjoy a drink. We love the location of our villa and the easy access to the beach also..Things may be for the better.
