maybe they should read the contract properly, or they may not have had a good translator / notaris at the time of signing their contract..I'm not sure there?? But we were aware in our contract that there was no pool..Our contract states our land and our villa. The sale from the real estate however would have said use of complex swimming pool. I have already stated to some of the other villa owners that this is the case.
