Hi bagusdaze,I am just curious is the land yours or just the villa?We are thinking about purchasing a villa from the complex. The only worry we have is that in 25 years the villa will still be ours but the land it is on isn't. I also agree with you i tink it will be nothing but a positive for the complex once all the work is finished.
