Hi all, my fiance is Balinese and we are applying for a prospective marriage visa. He is in Bali now and is about to hand in the application to the consulate. We wanted any feed back from anyone who has applied for this visa outside of Australia. We wanted to get a estimate of how long this visa will take to process because we have heard horror stories that it can take up to a year. We plan to get married in Bali at the end of this year, so that means we have only given the visa a max of 6 months to process. Any feed back would be fantastic. Thanks:)
