Make sure that all information is complete, as Mic states. The processing of this visa will have no effect on your marriage. However, if it has not yet been approved prior to the wedding, let them know after you are married, sending copies of the marriage certificate, etc, and the visa will be changed into a spouse visa. Unless things have changed, the prospective spouse visa means that you can be married in Australia within a certain period of the visa being granted (used to be 9 months).
My experience with the Australian immigration section in Indonesia is the timing given is "worse-case scenario", and usually occurs faster. Don't worry, just enjoy preparations for the wedding!
