My wife and self are booked at Santika Beach Hotel, followed by Komaneka Resort and finally Sofitel Seminyak during April 2008.We are confident regarding the first two mentioned but in respect to the latter we have no up to date information.
We have relied on "Trip Advisor" heavily when assessing accommodation and note that all three hotels have received good reviews. However the last opinion relating to the Sofitel, given in December 2007, was very worrying.
A direct opinion from another forumite recently stated that if the renovations had not been completed by the time we arrive we ought seek rooms well away from the renovations.
Could anyone assist in commenting in relation to the finality of repairs and any other relevant matters.
