have stayed at most of the 4 and 5* on the island...You are very entitiled to pass on your comments its just that sometimes people are swayed by these comments, and maybe your experience is not what they will have...I actually would've insisted on meeting with the manager and getting moved to a better room.In all hotels there are problems...its how you as the customer deals with those problems and how the hotel responds, that is is the measure for me.
