Harmony sounds like you work for the Sofitel, have you ever actually stayed at the others?. To clarify we actually had two 'deluxe' rooms, which we moved twice from due to disfunctional airconditioning, the staff who were not apologetic blamed the faults on the renovations, I did note all of this on the customer feedback form with contact details but not suprisingly have never heard a single word from the company, something that was reflective of our stay there. Of course it's only my opinion but I we would never say there again.
