true...the rooms are not all deluxe...it starts at superior, deluxe and grande deluxe...then villas. It is a lovely hotel with very friendly staff...don't understand how u can say different. If your aircon didn't work why didn't you get it fixed? As for comparing to those hotels...your right, Le Meridian and Intercontinental are nowhere near as good. The Grand Hyatt would be on par. By the way...with 2 adults and 2 kids, surely you wre recommended to have a grande deluxe room??
