On this site they say to just say no (tidak) can be rude and suggest you say 'lain kahli' meaning 'another time'. Has/does anyone use this and is it more/less effective than 'tidak' or 'tidak mau'? I am especially thinking when you are in markets, beach, or streets. I would imagine this would cause the sellers to remind you that you said another time every time you walk past. Would appreciate any advice as we are trying to teach kids and ourselves more each trip.
Thanks
