But, from all the years I have spent travelling to Indonesia, and more of it than just Bali, I have found that Indonesians just don't worry about all the little things that we worry about. If someone is rude to Westerners then we do our best to get them "back" in some way or another. Indonesians just get on with it and don't let things worry them.
I guess they, like anyone who is trying to make a living, get a tad disappointed when they are told NO THANK YOU all the time, or they are just simply ignored. Unlike us Westerners they just get on with life and let it go.
