employees ,thats the way it has always been and that is the way it always will be . Bad employers will always struggle for good staff and bad employees will always struggle for good jobs .
I was an employee and was never out of a job .When I bought my own business I was in debt upto my ears .Worked 7 days a week (no OT or holidays) and ended up employing upto six people. The people that I employed went out and bought their own houses. Those that bludged or stole (cash business) got the flick ,those that where honest and had good customer skills (which increased my business),where looked after and rewarded. Some of my employees where with me for 12 years (when I sold).
My advice to all you John Howard knockers is to go out and have a go in private enterprise, and put your money where you mouth is because every decision you make can either cost you or make you money.
This country has never been better off and the silent majority knows that!!
So take your politics off the forum, Comrade Hools!
