I bet you look after your employees , because your employees look after you. They look after you because they want, need and possibly enjoy their job, and you need them because they help your business grow and they have obviously got your trust and confidence.
At present I am a director of a company that generates 20 million dollars a year and employs 150+ people some of them are employed on AWA's and are very happy, some do not wish to be !. That is their right . Some employees sign each other on or off ,we put in a finger scan to stop that! , some employees where signing off two hours after they finished work!, some persons of responsibilty where robbing their fellow workers but falsly recording the emmployees takings and accusing the employee of "touching the till". (Cost the company many thousands of dollars to catch him)
At the other end of the scale I know of some company managers that granted themselves a pay rise (until the board found out about it through an audit), see you later jack!.
The point I am trying to make is that there are arguments for and against on both side and right now Little Johnny is the best administrator we have have since Bob Hawke ! And yes I have voted for both parties!!
Thanks Kerry I feel much better now! Hools
PS. The best asset a company has is it's employees, and any company that does not understand that is stupid!
