Thanks for that hools. I am a good worker and have just copped it sweet over the many years I have been working. I do 5 hours O/T a week for no pay (not asking for any either). Just got to the end of my tether with the bunch of jerks I was/am working for. Doesnt help when you are nearly 50 and all the boss wants to employ is 25 year olds with "neat figures".
