and it's because we treat our staff well that we can take a couple of weeks off to go to Bali or elsewhere, knowing our business is in good hands.
When large, faceless businesses are given permission to treat employees like that, they will...bottom line is the almighty dollar and their shareholders not the people who make it possible for them to make those profits.
