Marrying a Balinese

Hey everyone just a quick question.

My sister is marrying her Balinese boyfriend in October this year in a traditional Balinese ceremony and looking at getting a tourist visa for him to visit Australia in November.

Is he able to get married (western style) in Australia on a tourist visa? Also as my sister is not financially able to sponsor him, I will be doing this for her, will this cause any problems?
