in Bali, so legally husband & wife, when he comes to Aust in Nov??? (there are rules to make it legal in OZ as well that the must follow whenb marrying in Bali so she the should contact the Consulate in Bali to get all details first)
We married in Aust first while my partner was on a 3 month Tourist Visa in OZ, then he returned to Bali & as we were already husband & wife didnt need all the paperwork from the Consulate, but your sister will need all that & then not need the legal documents in OZ as they will already be married, not sure about sponsoring him on a tourist vias after he is already married to your sis, it may not look very good? Best to ask ALL questions now from Immigration & Consulate in Bali, he will not be able to stay, he will have to return to Bali to wait for his visa process (spouse when they apply for that) to be approved before he can live in OZ & if our sis cant support him will prove difficult!
