Now thatpeople have had a chance to get used to what a "budget" airline is all about can I just say that anyone who has travelled with such an airline in Europe and USA will know that being strict on excess baggage and charging a lot for it is the 'norm', that is one of the ways they make their profit. My main complaint is that Qantas have taken away our choice of whether we want to travel with them or not, I know we can travel on Garuda but having travelled with them once I am not inclined to use them ever again
