Agree totally with you merrilau - I too can put up with a lot for a short cheap 5.5 hour flight too. My number one concern on any flight that I take anywhere is safety...... as long as I get there in one piece I'm more than happy to pay for food, drink, movie etc.
Was lucky enough to book my 8th trip to bali last week using my Qantas Frequent Flyer points and will be there for 2 weeks at the end of July. I reckon if your going to whinge about anything its the damn taxes you are charged .... $294!!! Oh well as I just said, for a cheap trip to Bali (yes I know I just whinged about the $294 and will cop that one on the chin)$294 ain't bad and when I think that I'll be in Bali for 288 hours, 11 hours on a budge airline is nothing really to complain about.
