have only used them domestically when you had to battle to get your own seats........ will let you all know after I fly with them in March to Hawaii and July to Bali...... but as I said as long as I get there and back safely and have a great time inbetween it's a bonus:)
Sorry you had problems with your flight. Will have a search on the archives and get up to date with all thats happening.
Did you have many problems with your dealings with them?
