each to its own we all like and dislike things about airlines we have used thats why we have a choice.After travelling for 30 years to bali and some other places in this world I have to say air paradise and garuda came up my best.Went just recently with my mum whos 85 scared of flying was totally spoilt by garuda crew and she was a pain asking for everything but they were polite,friendly and genuinely caring.I have some really rude qantas staff over the years especially a trip back from bali with a sick 6 year old who threw up the whole way all over me with no help from the qantas crew who saw me and my child as an annoyance while I was left humiliated and distressed.Sure garuda can be unpredictable in their schedules but they do it with such a calm smiling nature!So I guess we all have likes and dislikes but its unfair to label any airline by price thats the beauty of having great choices!!!
