apparently. We found out the hard way too when we claimed for a lost camera. We then modified our claim to include the bag, the pouch, the film & even the batteries because I was so annoyed about it. But have since found out that no travel insurance companies in Australia will pay out for you to but new items. Pretty shoddy, huh? But then, I suppose if they covered you to replace your items with new ones we'd be paying for it in one way or another. Cheers, Sue.
