to buy in Krembitan near Tabanan. Does anyone know the rates for land in this area and what are the pitfalls. The person offering me this land has been a friend for a very long time and I trust. The land is in the rice fields I think would make a great location for a villa especially for people wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu etc. All comments appreciated
